| |
Suppress Parts Application, developed at Hi-Tech e Soft, is a Pro/TOOLKIT application that searches for all part files in the current directory and suppresses all the features of the parts. This sample application has been designed to reduce the size of the part files and hence to facilitate easier electronic transfer of data. |

Hole Chart Application |
| |
Hole Chart Application, developed at Hi-Tech e Soft, is a Pro/TOOLKIT appli-cation that enables tabulation of 'Holes', 'Cuts' and 'UDF' features (which have cylindrical surfaces). The table provides the X and Y dimensions, the hole dia and other informations in a tabular format as shown: |

No. of decimal places for each column can be controlled by user at X-Dim and Y-Dim input prompts.

Distinctive Feature Recognition & Tabulation (as Holes, Cuts or UDFs): |

The 'Holes', 'Cuts' and 'UDF' features are grouped separately in the HoleChart Table.
Starting with UDF's, all their family table instances are tabulated together with complete details, followed by Hole and Cut features. |

One-to-One Label Mapping between Hole Chart Table and the Drawing View |

The respective Labels appear in both the HoleChart Table and the drawing view. The Labelling is controlled through a logic, such that for every change in classes of UDFs the label gets incremented.
For 'Holes' and 'Cuts' the respective lables are 'Ho1', 'Ho2',..... and 'Cu1', 'Cu2',.... respectively. |

Automation Modes: The application provides two modes of feature selection: 'Auto Mode' and 'Interactive Mode'. |

Selection Modes: The 'Interactive Mode' further has 'By Feature' and 'By Axis' modes of selection. |

Purpose:
Pro/Web.Link Application for Pro/E file compression.
Details:
Hi-Tech Zip yields super compressed files in *.zip format using our Advanced Dual Compression Algorithm (ADCA), thereby achieving compression ratio's up to 94 %* to facilitate easier electronic transfer of data.
The ADCA technology is based on a two-stage compression process to achieve maximum compression possible:
Stage 1: Automated Feature Suppression using Pro/E, and
Stage 2: In-built API calls to WinZip for second stage compression.
* For large Assemblies with about 200 plus parts. |

Pro/Web.Link application to batch convert all Pro/Engineer drawings into a neutral *.plt format for data sharing.
Details:
'Hi-Tech ConvertDrawing' application triggers a search for all Pro/E drawing files in a user specified directory and exports all the drawings (including all sheets) in a neutral '*.plt' format for data sharing.

This application takes assembly name (xyz.asm) as input, extracts the complete Bill of Material in line with the model tree. All the desired parameters and puts this information in any database (MS-Access, SQL, Oracle) to be utilized for any Product Configuration Management System. |
